My wife, Anna, is a professional cook and loves having guests! My hobbies include listening to Reggae music, watching films and volunteering for local charities. We grow coffee, grapefruit, banana, peaches and jackfruit on our farm. The hills of St Thomas have always been our home and we know the area very well.

The bedroom is light and spacious with views of the forests and peaks from the window. There are two comfortable beds, suitable for a family, a couple or two single travellers. I built the house myself using locally sourced materials.

The bedroom is spacious with views of the forests and peaks from the window. It’s accessible from either the hallway or directly outside the property. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom.

Make yourself at home in the bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, veranda and garden. Of course you’re welcome to explore the mountains right on the doorstep!

I take pride in welcoming people to the Blue Mountains and have lots of experience working with international charity volunteers. Your experience is important to me and I’ll do my best to accommodate your every need.

  1. Lovely homestay near the Blue Mountain Peak

I visited Euton & Hanna as a part of our Real Jamaica mapping tour, and I’m happy to feature them on our website! The place is clean, comfortable, affordable and it’s well worth staying up here in Penlyne Castle. Especially if you want to hike the Blue Mountain peak, their homestay is a great choice. You’ll meet a lovely family, hear some interesting stories and eat some of the best Jamaican food 🙂 Pure community life, real connections. Euton grows his own coffee, which will give you the right portion of energy to wake up in the morning. He offers great tours as well, ask him for more details! Love & Respect

  2. Loved it!

Euton & Hanna (silent H 😉 hosted me for a night in their lovely home. It gets quite rocky up there and it will shake you through, but (H)anna’s food will just let you forget about it. She is a chef and a very very good one, I have to say. I loved the atmosphere up there, as it is a really cozy homestay and it was really nice to share some stories with both of them. It is also a good starting point to hike the peak, what we did. They have fresh bananas and other fruits and if you get bored, you can play with their cats and the jumping dog outside.
